Lloyd x No Vacancy

The Lloyd Center has been an incubator for creative seeds to sprout. As the mall closes, their next phase of growth can create a vibrant, community-rooted retail corridor in the Lloyd neighborhood.

In partnership with the Lloyd Enhanced Services District, No Vacancy is working to support this extraordinary community as they move into neighborhood spaces. Through a collaborative, phased approach, we're helping creatives and local businesses lease, design, build-out and launch storefronts in the Lloyd neighborhood.

With a group of community residents, existing businesses and property owners, we are working toward an intentional retail infill. The Lloyd neighborhood is embracing these tenants with open arms, preserving what has made the mall great: its tenants and all the potential they hold.
