Lloyd x No Vacancy

The Lloyd Enhanced Services District brought in No Vacancy to help interested tenants of the Lloyd Center Mall relocate successfully into the neighborhood upon the mall’s impending closure.

Our team spent nearly six months engaging with tenants – getting to know their businesses, their goals, and most importantly, their people. Several tenants were ready to begin planning their moves, even before the mall’s closure date was announced. We helped them access business resources and toured them through spaces in the Lloyd neighborhood.

Now that the mall has announced its closure date, the foundational work we have built will transition to Prosper Portland’s Office of Small Business (OSB), which will offer an expanded set of city-wide resources for Lloyd Center Mall tenants. No Vacancy will support the Lloyd Center community as they begin working with the OSB – and we wish them the best of luck moving forward.
